A pioneer in enabling secure electronic payments

With roots in the prepaid telecommunications industry, Vesta was the first company to successfully build and deploy credit card-based account top-up solutions for prepaid mobile and long distance customers.

In 2000, we made a commitment to build on our domestic success and expand globally. We identified and began collaborating with a technology partner in Beijing, and quickly established a foothold in this hotbed for mobile payments. The relationship grew and we acquired ChinaDotMan in 2005. China continues to offer an ideal environment for the incubation of our new payment technologies that will eventually be leveraged worldwide.

In 2005, Vesta Payment Solutions Limited was established to address the European market and subsequently we opened a dedicated operations centre in Ireland to support phone account top-up for operators across Europe.

In our quest to provide new and innovative solutions for electronic payments, in 2006 we branched out into Convenience Payments, a complementary vertical serving government and utilities customers.

We have cultivated close, long-term relationships with leading international companies, including AT&T, China Mobile, China Unicom, Ericsson, Meteor Mobile Communications, O2, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Vesta has achieved extraordinary growth worldwide, receiving numerous awards and recognition, including induction into the Inc. Magazine Hall of Fame after five consecutive years as an Inc. 500 fastest growing private company.
