Vesta Launches Top-up Service for O2 Ireland
Vesta, US specialist in virtual payment solutions, has launched a new
top-up service for O2 Ireland. O2's prepaid customers can now top up
anytime, anywhere using their credit card or Laser card by dialing the
short code 1749 from their O2 phone. Customers will have the option to
top-up using an automated voice response service or by talking to a
customer care agent and will now be able to complete a top-up
transaction start to finish the first time they call. Vesta's
proprietary technology handles the top-up requests, validates customers'
payments, and quickly adds credit to customers' accounts. O2's deal with
Vesta also introduces a new feature enabling anyone to give a 'gift' of
prepaid credit to O2 customers. The top-up service will be fully
supported by Vesta's European operations centre.
