As an employee you are eligible for benefits based on your full or part-time status including:

  • Health Care: Vesta provides a group health plan including medical, pharmacy, vision and dental coverage for employees as well as their eligible dependents (children, spouses and domestic partners).
  • Life and Disability Insurance: Life insurance, short- term disability and long-term disability are all company paid benefits available to eligible employees.
  • 401(k): Vesta’s 401(k) savings plan is funded by employee contributions and, after one year of service, a generous employer match. All employees are eligible to participate in Vesta’s 401(k) savings plan immediately upon hire.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Vesta provides a work-based intervention program designed to identify and assist employees in resolving personal problems (e.g., marital, financial or emotional problems; family issues; substance/alcohol abuse) that may be adversely affecting the employee’s performance or productivity.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts: This pre-tax benefit saves money by reducing taxable income while allowing you to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): All employees, both full time and part time, accrue PTO from their first day of employment. The amount of accrual depends on status, years of service and job level.
  • Holidays: Holidays at Vesta Corporation are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
