Mr. Ziegler is a private venture capital investor, a partner in the New York-based
law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke, and a director and major shareholder
in a number of private and public companies. Mr. Ziegler holds a BA degree from
Amherst College, an MBA degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business,
and an LLB degree from the University of Virginia Law School.

Mr. Lockhart has been a partner with Oak Investment Partners since January 2003.
Prior to this, he was Chairman of New Power Company of Purchase, New York, from
2000 to 2003, and President of the Consumer Services Division of AT&T from 1999
to 2000. From 1997 to 1998 he was President of the Global Retail Bank of BankAmerica
Corporation. From 1993 to 1997 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard
International. He is currently also on the boards of IMS Health and RadioShack.

Mark McLaughlin

Mark McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President of VeriSign's Products, Marketing, and Customer Care organization. Prior to this, he held several senior executive positions at VeriSign, including most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Information Services Division. Prior to VeriSign, Mr. McLaughlin held senior executive positions in sales and business development at Signio, a leading Internet payment company, and Gemplus, the world's leading smart card company. Mr. McLaughlin holds a Juris Doctorate, Magna cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law and a BS Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has been a director of Vesta since 1999.

Timothy Weller

Mr. Weller is currently a private investor and management advisor. Between 1999
and 2002, Mr. Weller was Chief Financial Officer of Akamai Technologies, a publicly-traded
Internet technology services company. Between 1993 and 1999, he was the senior equity
research analyst following the telecommunication services industry at Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette (later acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston), a financial services
firm. Mr. Weller has also been a videogame designer, software developer, and instructor.
He holds BS and MS degrees from Michigan State University and a PhD degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Illinois. |
