About the Job
Reports to Director, Account Management or Sr. Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Day to day contact for all inquires/issues with Fortune 50 client base.
Timely resolution of customer’s technical support and development requests.
Participate in the development of marketing initiatives designed to increase end user adoption Vesta products and services.
Responsible for analyzing current revenue/business trends and preparing quarterly and annual revenue and transaction forecasts.
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly client performance and business reports.
Ability to have a flexible schedule to meet both customer and company work needs.
Interaction with VP and C-level Executives internally.
Ability to travel 10%.

Exceptional problem solving skills:
– Likes to work with and bring out the best within technical groups
– Ability to synthesize information from different sources
– Drive issues/problems to resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, specifically the ability to:
– Develop and effectively communicate key ideas, concepts, and summarize key information in a concise and professional manner.
– Work with and manipulate quantitative data to support ideas, concepts, and/or conclusions.

Education and/or Experience
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.
2+ years of successful account management/sales/product management experience handling customer accounts.
High tech experience preferred, telecom experience a plus.
The Account Manager is a full-time position based in Portland, Oregon. Local candidates only. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
