About the Job
The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for taking calls from first-time users of the Vesta service, gathering the details of the customer's payment device and where applicable completing an initial top-up on the customer's mobile phone. CSRs need to understand each program they are trained on and perform in compliance with company standards.
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative I is a part- or full-time position based in Dundalk, Republic of Ireland. Essential duties include the following:
- Answer incoming phone calls, process customer orders and answer questions
- Be knowledgeable of Vesta's services and products and able to explain them to a customer
- Provide polite and professional service
- Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy in performing the job
- Ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
- Remain available at his/her workstations throughout the scheduled shift, with the exception of approved break periods
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
A 2nd level education or equivalent and a minimum of 6-months customer service experience, an equivalent combination of industry training and experience may substitute. This position requires excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner, the ability to resolve customer problems, attention to detail and data entry computer experience.
