Sales and Marketing Support Manager
About the Job
Vesta Corporation is seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Manager for our European operations. This position is based in our offices at Dundalk, Ireland. This individual will support our sales effort by researching potential clients, managing leads and overseeing local tradeshows and outbound marketing activities. In addition, this individual will help develop consumer marketing plans with existing customers to drive additional revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deep dive research to support sales efforts. Including analysis of European operators, and secondary research on emerging markets (Middle East, India, and Africa).
- Develop and document comprehensive competitive analysis.
- Assist with writing new client proposals and sales presentations.
- Develop market collateral including datasheets, product profiles, and other sales enablers to sustain a successful sales process.
- Managing tradeshows and track leads through the sales pipeline.
- Point person for industry memberships (working groups, forums, and leads).
- Manage regional public relations initiatives, including press release and abstract development, cultivating editorial and analyst relationships, and driving awareness through social media.
Key Performance Metrics
The success of this position will be measured with the following metrics:
- New leads in sales pipeline.
- Number of new clients signed.
- Successful development and execution of marketing programs.
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and experience:
- Extensive (8+ years) experience in telecommunication or prepaid wireless marketing and program management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing business-to-business marketing programs with positive results.
- Self-directed, high energy manager who prefers working in a fast-paced environment addressing a marketplace undergoing substantial technological advances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong team work and customer service skills.
The Sales and Marketing Support Manager is a full-time position based in Dudalk, Ireland. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates will be required to
sign a strict confidentiality agreement and be willing to undergo an extensive background
