Douglas M. Fieldhouse
President and Chief Executive Officer

Doug Fieldhouse was a founding investor in Vesta in 1995 and was appointed president
and chief executive officer in May 1997. Prior to Vesta, Doug spent 15 years engaged
in building and leading businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia. His experiences
include building and operating law firms, international non-profits, and high-tech
enterprises. He has worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies and leading
international financial institutions. Since joining Vesta, Doug has been recognized
as an entrepreneur, leader and innovator. Most recently, he was selected as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2008 finalist in the Pacific Northwest and has been previously reccognized by Computerworld, Fast Company, and Inc. magazines.
He is a featured author in Smart Business Growth, a book by CEOs of fast-growing
companies on strategies and methods behind successful growth. Doug holds two US
patents and serves on select boards, including the American Electronics Association
(AEA) Oregon Council. Doug earned a BA degree in International Relations from Antioch
College.

Sanjay Khare
Chief Financial Officer

In addition to his responsibility for Vesta's finance and accounting functions, Sanjay Khare oversees the development and operation of the Company's risk management tools, manages the Company's relationships with payment associations and processors, and supervises the Company's US and European response center operations. Before joining Vesta in 2003, Sanjay was Chief Financial Officer and Vice
President of Business Development at Netro Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer
of wireless telecommunications equipment. While at Netro, his accomplishments included
the purchase of a major division of AT&T Wireless, the complete restructuring of
the company reducing operating expenses by more than 60 percent, and engineering
the sale of the company to SR Telecom. Sanjay also practiced corporate law with
the Venture Law Group, Menlo Park, California, and served as a management consultant
with the Monitor Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sanjay holds BA degrees in
Economics and Statistics from the University of Chicago, and MBA and JD degrees
from Stanford University.

Mark Evans
Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Evans brings a decade of senior management leadership and over 24 years of
telecommunications experience to Vesta. Before joining Vesta, Mark was Senior Vice
President of Client Services for Asurion, a US provider of wireless handset insurance
and warranty programs. While there, he was responsible for overall profitability
and client relationships for major US wireless carriers. Prior to Asurion, Mark
led AT&T Corporation's Prepaid Services Business for seven years as Vice President/General
Manager. There, he architected and implemented both organic and merger/acquisition
strategies that resulted in rapid growth of the carrier's prepaid business to a
position of sustained market leadership. Mark earned both a BS degree in Business
Administration and an MBA from the University of Kansas.

Rich Greene
Chief Technology Officer

Rich Greene has over 20 years of experience directing the development and operation of technology infrastructure critical to business operations. Before joining Vesta, Rich was Chief Technology Officer at Qsent, a national contact identity services company serving the Financial Services, Telecom and Utilities sectors. While there, he directed the company's development, technology infrastructure and customer-facing operations. Prior to joining Qsent, Rich was director of development at lucy.com, a multi-channel retailer of sports apparel for women. Earlier, he also served as the director of development for Kewill Systems, an
international ERP software vendor. Rich holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Math from California State University, Long Beach.

Qing Ping Xiao
Chief Executive Officer, ChinaDotMan

Mr. Xiao is an experienced business executive with a 15-year proven track record of building and managing businesses in China. Before starting ChinaDotMan, he was the CEO of Chinaholiday.com, China's first online travel company. Prior to Chinaholiday, Mr. Xiao served as Senior Vice President position at Federal Software and was Director of its sub-company, 8848.com, China's first online retailer. Mr. Xiao has also held senior positions with Zhong Bao Xin, the investment arm of the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC), Yangpu Oil, Hainan National Investment Company and Hainan Golden Wenlan company, an export and import trading company. Xiao received an MBA degree from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and attended a PhD program at Renmin University.

Mark Atkeson
Vice President, China and Chief Operating Officer, ChinaDotMan

Mark Atkeson has over 11 years of business experience in China and is fluent in
Mandarin Chinese. Before joining Vesta and its Chinese subsidiary, ChinaDotMan,
Mark served as COO of Mobile Internet (Asia) Limited (MINT), an IBM-backed venture
fund that serves as an investment gateway into China's wireless communications market.
Prior to that, he was General Manager and Director of Asian Strategic Investments
Corporation (ASIMCO), a private equity firm. Mark has also held positions as General
Manager and Director of Chengdu Aerotech Manufacturing Co., Project Manager for
Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines, Program Manager for United Technologies Research
Center in Europe, Marketing Manager for Sony Corporation in Japan and China, and
Project Manager for Cincinnati Milacron in Wuxi, China. Mark earned a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Yale University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MS degree in Management from MIT's
Sloan School of Management.

Lorcan Burke
Vice President, European Sales and Marketing

Lorcan Burke has over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience in the
telecommunications industry. Lorcan was formerly VP of Sales with Cicero Networks,
a company at the forefront of the wireless Internet revolution developing solutions
for the delivery of Voice over Wireless IP for the operator and service provider
market. Previously, Lorcan was Director of Business Development for Itsmobile Ltd, now known
as Alphyra mPayments, a leading European company providing secure mobile payment
applications and interactive communication services. Prior to this, Lorcan was Director of Sales and Marketing at Accuris Ltd and the
International Sales and Business Development Director at Lake Communications. Over the years, Lorcan developed relationships and secured contracts with customers
such as France Telecom (France), Commander (Australia), Belgacom (Belgium) and Telecom
Italia (Italy). Lorcan holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University.

Matthew Hall
Vice President, Business Development

Matt Hall has a wealth of experience in wireless and data communications services,
in both the US and Europe. Before joining Vesta in 2005, Matt consulted to a variety
of mid-stage growth technology companies developing business models, market strategies,
and capital structures. Prior to that, he worked in Germany as Director of Mobile
Strategic Alliances for Lycos Europe, a Bertelsmann joint venture, where he developed
relationships with mobile operators, as well as content and service providers, throughout
Europe. Matt has also served as Vice President Business Development for Multitude,
a voice-over IP and unified messaging company in San Francisco, California, and
Vice President Finance for NetChannel Inc., where he was instrumental in its sale
to AOL in 1998. Matt earned BS degrees in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford
University. |

Rocky Scales
Vice President, Sales

At Vesta since 2001, Rocky Scales has led sales penetration efforts in the wireless
category, establishing relationships with Cingular, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, and
MCI, among others. Rocky has over 16 years of experience in high tech, including
managing marketing and sales initiatives for firms such as Hewlett-Packard (HP)
and Diamond Multimedia. Prior to joining Vesta, Rocky was Vice President Business
Development and Sales for Musicmatch, inventors of the digital jukebox. While there,
Rocky led the company's OEM distribution program, fostering and launching strategic
relationships with PC manufacturers Dell, HP, and Gateway. Rocky holds a BA degree
in Business from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Santa Clara University. |
