Doug Fieldhouse
President and Chief Executive Officer

Doug Fieldhouse was a founding investor in Vesta in 1995 and was appointed president
and chief executive officer in May 1997. Prior to Vesta, Doug spent 15 years engaged
in building and leading businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia. His experiences
include building and operating law firms, international non-profits, and high-tech
enterprises. He has worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies and leading
international financial institutions. Since joining Vesta, Doug has been recognized
as an entrepreneur, leader and innovator, and was named Ernst & Young’s 2009 Pacific
Northwest Entrepreneur Of The Year®. Additionally, he received the 2008 Entrepreneurship
Award for Individual Achievement from the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network and has been
previously recognized by Computerworld, Fast Company, and Inc. magazines. He is
a featured author in Smart Business Growth, a book by CEOs of fast-growing companies
on strategies and methods behind successful growth. Doug holds two US patents and
serves on select boards. Doug earned a BA degree in International Relations from
Antioch College.

Sanjay Khare
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Operations

In addition to his responsibility for Vesta's finance and accounting functions,
Sanjay Khare oversees the development and operation of the Company's risk management
tools, manages the Company's relationships with payment associations and processors,
and supervises the Company's US and European response center operations. Before
joining Vesta in 2003, Sanjay was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of
Business Development at Netro Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of wireless
telecommunications equipment. While at Netro, his accomplishments included the purchase
of a major division of AT&T Wireless, the complete restructuring of the company
reducing operating expenses by more than 60 percent, and engineering the sale of
the company to SR Telecom. Sanjay also practiced corporate law with the Venture
Law Group, Menlo Park, California, and served as a management consultant with the
Monitor Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sanjay holds BA degrees in Economics
and Statistics from the University of Chicago, and MBA and JD degrees from Stanford
University.

Rich Greene
Chief Technology Officer

Rich Greene has over 20 years of experience directing the development and operation
of technology infrastructure critical to business operations. Before joining Vesta,
Rich was Chief Technology Officer at Qsent, a national contact identity services
company serving the Financial Services, Telecom and Utilities sectors. While there,
he directed the company's development, technology infrastructure and customer-facing
operations. Prior to joining Qsent, Rich was director of development at lucy.com,
a multi-channel retailer of sports apparel for women. Earlier, he also served as
the director of development for Kewill Systems, an international ERP software vendor.
Rich holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Math from California State University,
Long Beach.

Rocky Scales
Senior Vice President, Global Sales

At Vesta since 2001, Rocky Scales has led all sales efforts for Vesta, establishing
relationships with Cingular, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, and MCI, among others. Rocky
has over 20 years of experience in high tech, including managing marketing and sales
initiatives for firms such as Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Diamond Multimedia. Prior
to joining Vesta, Rocky was Vice President Business Development and Sales for Musicmatch,
inventors of the digital jukebox. While there, Rocky led the company's OEM distribution
program, fostering and launching strategic relationships with PC manufacturers Dell,
HP, and Gateway. Rocky holds a BA degree in Business from the University of San
Diego and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Marshall Behling
Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President, Business Development, Marshall manages the strategic alliances for Vesta’s mobile operator and financial services lines of business and is driving the strategy development and global market expansion for Vesta’s growth initiatives including mobile payments. Marshall joins Vesta from VeriSign, a major provider of Internet infrastructure service, where he was Vice President of Business Development and Account Management. Marshall joined the company at its founding in 1995 to lead business development strategies for digital content, mobile content, mobile identity, fixed mobile convergence and international expansion. Prior to VeriSign, Marshall aided various technology start-ups in the consumer electronics, networking and semiconductor industries. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada.

XJ Wang
Vice President and General Manager, China

XJ brings over 20 years of international marketing and strategy development to Vesta, where he is responsible for Vesta’s China business strategy and execution. Prior to Vesta, XJ was Head of Marketing at the WiMAX Forum. Prior to WiMAX, XJ was the Vice President of APAC Research for Boston based Yankee Group Research Inc, where he provided research and analysis on technology trends and their impact on business models for both operators and vendors. XJ also provided go-to-market strategy, partnership strategy and due diligence services to the Chinese telecom market. Before working as an industry analyst, XJ was with Comverse as a senior sales system engineer in the Asia-Pacific division, and a principal software engineer in R & D based in Wakefield, Mass. XJ has a MSCS from Boston University, a MSEE from Northeastern University, and a BSEE from Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunication (China).

Neil Webzell
Vice President, EMEA Sales

Neil Webzell is responsible for developing and managing Vesta’s sales strategy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With over 20 years of international sales experience
in the telecommunications industry, Neil has served as Sales Director, Emerging Markets for Infovista, a French IP Performance Management company and as
Sales Director EMEA for Xtract, a Finnish Social Network Analytics company. Prior to Xtract, Neil was Sales Director EMEA for Xiam Technologies, and developed the
company's mobile content marketing business until its acquisition by Qualcomm. Neil holds a BA Honours Degree in Management and Business Studies from the University
of Liverpool.

Richard Hanlon
Vice President, European Operations

Richard Hanlon oversees all European business operations from Vesta's Dundalk headquarters. Richard brings over 20 years of experience in development and operations with global blue chip companies that provide outsourced technology services. Prior to joining Vesta, Richard was Group President - Europe at Benchmark Electronics, a leading Engineering Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. While there, Richard managed subsidiaries in multiple Western European locations and established the company’s presence in Eastern Europe. Earlier, Richard was a director at Matsushita (Panasonic) where he was responsible for establishing the hard disk drive division and later served as General Manager of the company's European operations. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University in Ireland.
